Cancellation & Return Policy

Services are non-cancelable and non-refundable for everyone who enrolls in the coaching program. We will allow for freezes. Client may request to postpone, delay, and or enroll in the next scheduled program without penalty due to reasons not limited to natural disasters and vacations. Client understands that payments are due as specified in the current payment plan and/or service contact regardless of a delay request or other issues. Membership subscriptions are non-refundable and can be cancelled at anytime. Client understands membership cancellation request must be sent to info@speaklifetransformation.com and the cancellation will be applied to the following billing cycle. All coaching and therapy services, online courses, and event payments are final. All delay requests are discretionary as determined by Speak Life Transformation.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for any product. Please note: Once purchased, products cannot be refunded. Please confirm all purchases before you complete them as all sales are final. We will not refund for lost or stolen packages. This is not our responsibility. Speak Life Transformation will not refund for any shipping delays. Once we send a package out we are not liable or responsible for the transit time.
